A man or woman who is attracted to transgender men or women. Should not be confused with tranny chaser.
I am trans attracted (specifically trans women) but don't get me wrong. I am NOT a tranny chaser. I think of trans women as beautiful, attractive, and feminine human beings, and not as an object that I can throw away whenever I please.

Trans rights are human rights that allow a person to use self-identification to be accepted as any gender identity of their choosing, where gender identity refers to man, woman, genderqueer, neutrois, or any other exogender.
At large, this means that any person of any biological gender has the right to identify as any gender identity that is legally recognized, which is typically male or female, as There Are Only Two Genders recognized in the legal system.

Trans women, also known as "mtf" (male to female) or "Transgender woman" is a man who regards himself as a female (either privately or publicly).
The overwhelming cause for this state of mind as documented by the literature is Gender Dysphoria(GD)/Autogynephilic(AGP). Both are metal/sexual disorders characterized mainly by the view and feeling of oneself as a female.
GD and AGP are disorders known for making the sufferer feel like the other sex and therefore choosing to be present as a female is the a common treatment.
