A triple B is an alternative option to calling someone a "Baby Back Bitch". A baby back bitch is someone who is constantly whining and crying about things that are irrelavent and basically those people need to grow a set. A triple B is a shortened and comical way of reffering to these people.
How to use it:

The meaning of this title is often debated and described incorrectly. The true title is 'break-boy.' And it's true meaning is 'one that breaks.' Breakin' is an old street term to describe the action of getting on someone's case (e.g. My mom's is breakin' on me, the postman reached his breaking point, and snapped). The hip hop dancers of the mid to late 70s just used the exaggeration of this term to their dancing.
