there is nothing wrong with being a "pussy boy" (actually most people prefer one). people using this term are most likely insecure about their masculinity and are just trying to make themselves feel better. However they make themselves sound like a dumb ass.

The person you blame after coming home from being away for a week and discovering chicken bones and ants in your room. Chicken boys make strike any house at any random given day, so be prepared. Chicken boys may seem humorous to your friends, but if it is your room under siege, you will be very very upset.
One of my closest friends, Isabel, went to the city for a week and came home to find her room under the destruction of DUN DUN DUHHHH, Chicken Boy. When Sean, my other close friend, spoke the name of He Who Must Not Be Named (Chicken Boy) Isabel got very pissed off.

the cleveland polish boy or simply polish boy is
a sausage sandwich, originating in Cleveland, Ohio
It consists of a piece of grilled or deep fried Kielbasa
sausage (AKA: Polish Sausage) (usually dipped in BBQ) placed in a hotdog bun, covered with a layer of coleslaw and covered with fries drenched with BBQ sauce.
i'm about to go to Hot Sauce Williams and get me a Polish boy with extra sauce on top.
