Sexual and gender minority (SGM) populations include, but are not limited to, individuals who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, asexual, transgender, two-spirit, queer, and/or intersex. Individuals with same-sex or -gender attractions or behaviors and those with a difference in sex development are also included. Allies are critical to the mission of the SGMRO. The SGM need to each be Allies to the other populations within SGM.
SGM is how the Federal Register now refers to queer lgbti people. They have named them a Sexual & Gender Minority population but DC hasn’t offered them protections like every other named minority class. How typical ass backward is that.

Individuals with Subscriber Miner Syndrome suddenly find themselves captivated by minors and children under the age of 18, most of the time there is a 4+ year age gap with the Youtuber being older then the minor. Individuals with Subscriber Miner Syndrome might not immediately try to groom a minor but will sooner or later. Subscriber Miner Syndrome (SMS) is most common among Roblox youtubers and Minecraft youtubers
