A Phoebe is very hard to find like with other names and all are very modest and pretty- it derives from the French and mostly Greek name Phoebus. And lastly Phoebes can get quite annoyed when you say their name wrong (they try to hide it but the frustration is there) and by the way it’s pronounced FEE-BEE it’s so easy!!!!!
