Examples would be celebrities, politicians or sports figures. that have nothing of importance to say, but always make sure they wind up on-camera as often as they can. Manchurian Media is an organization or individual responsible for providing facts but being used intentionally or unintentionally as a puppet, by a specific group, usually politicians, to ignore facts and spread disinformation.
The citizens of the town wanted to know the truth, but the manchurian media did not ask questions and seemingly ignored the facts.
