When a ricer and a other car race, the ricer loses, the winner slows down to legal speed, then the ricer flies by and thinks he won, to save some face in front of his friends.
"Dude, check out this ricer, he wants to race, check out his 4-banger Dodge Neon, my V-8 6.6 403 could whoop his ass."
*Ricer revs engine* *I rev back*
"We kicked his ass... oh her comes the ricer flyby... sure enough, probably thinks he won..."

Stopping crooked at a stoplight.
This happens when a ricer approaches a stoplight, and if he is first in line, he will swing wide in his own lane and stop at an angle to the lane with his wheels cocked, because he wants everyone to know his Honda Civic can beat their minivan by 2 carlenghts.

Instead of ringing the doorbell or knocking on the door upon arriving at another person's domicile, the ricer will instead rev the engine of their unnecessarily loud Honda, Toyota, or Mitsubishi.
Person 1:Did you hear that shit? Some ricer is just revving his motor in your neighbor's driveway
Person 2: Nah, that's just my hoodrat neighbor's boyfriend. He thinks his Civic is a fucking race car, so he rings the ricer doorbell whenever he picks her up.

American-manufactured vehicles with all the 'thrills' of import ricers. Typically featuring a four banger engine and sometimes come included with (or added by the owner) a forced induction system. While these are sometimes accepted as 'better' than import ricers because they have American manufactured badges on them, they still are cheaply made, easily mass-produced vehicles that- like any vehicle- can be made 'faster' with a turbocharger. Often seen with giant unneccissary wings- improperly labeled as a spoiler (as they are front-wheel drive), a fart cannon, and altezza lights.
The most typical american ricers are the Dodge Neon, Chevy Cavalier, Chevy Cobalt, and the Ford Focus.
