I recently heard this in one of my lessons and "boned a turkey" is basically a code name for having banged a girl/boy.
It is most commonly heard around Christmas time or in biology lessons.
"Will, I bet you've boned a few turkeys"

The term you result to using after someone reminds you your bones are wet.
