A scrub is a guy who thinks he's fly but he's also known as a buster. He's always talking about what he wants and just sits on his broke ass.
A scrubs checking me and his game is kinda weak.

a scrub is a term often used in highschools.
a scrub is someone who:
doesn't take a shower on a regular basis,
smells like stout ciggarette smoke every day
has very oily hair,
dresses like a hobo,
wears sketchers,
wears skinny jeans and sneakers at the same time.
just to sum it up. WEIRD.
there is so much more to describe. if you think about it. you will understand

a scrub is a guy that thinks he's fly, also known as a busta. Always thinkin' 'bout what he wants and just sits on his broke ass. Sittin' in the passengers side of his best friend's ride, trying to holla. If you don't have a car and you're walking, you live at home with your mama, and/or have a shawty and don't show love, you're a scrub/busta.
The best example can be heard in the TLC song "No Scrubs."

I guy or girl that has no personal hygiene, very ugly or awkward face. Greasy. A person that keeps to themselves and does weird things. Walks funny, or generally screwed up
EX1/Person one:"Dude did you smell that guy's BO back there."
Person two: " Yeh what a scrub"
Ex2- " god he has been acting like such a scrub lately"

A very thin scab on the surface of the skin which often has hair growing out of it and liquid oozing from the sides.
The mosquito bite on my scrub added an extra bit of discomfort.
