Started at Kansas State University in 2009 because fans noticed Jacob Pullens beard. Pullen embraced the chant, and did not shave the beard until after Kansas States elite 8 loss to Butler. He has begun growing it out again and Kansas State is off to another great start.
Brian Wilson of the San Fransisco Giants also did this in the 2010 World Series. The beard won the giants a world series. The only controversy is who started the "fear the beard", and it was in fact Kansas State...not San Fransisco, but still an epic beard to be feared.

The irrational feeling induced by alcohol after a heavy session. The feeling of regret and self hatred due to hangover. Waking and at first feeling indifferent about the events of the night before but then, over a period of several hours, your memory coming back in small amounts of ever growing embarassment for yourself and the way acted or what you said to, probably, the wrong person.

when your boss unknowingly threatens to do some pretty sexually violent stuff to you.. and thus gives you a fear-ection, almost making you want to be late for work again.

Curb fear describes a newly licensed driver's fear of hitting the curb while parking, causing them to park significabtly far from the pavement . The seriously afflictated constantly park almost in the middle of the road thereby obstructing passing traffic.
passing driver: "Ey! much hollering and hooting Move your car dude!!"
the afflicted: "Sorry man, go around.
passing driver's wife: "Oh, oh, babe. Looks like curb fear."
