Cheek Speak

When somebody tries to talk about something they have no knowledge of. Talking out your butt.

Wow that’s such cheek speak. They know nothing about what they are talking about.

lazythumb speak

It's the act of turning a seemingly normal sentence, or group of sentences, into gibberish by way of a lazy thumb on the touch-pad of a laptop. The lazy thumb refocuses the cursor to another portion of the sentence while the frenzied typist continues unknowingly. This normally comes off looking like someone communicating in their second language, or possible the experiment of the monkey and the typewriter.

leet speak

Dumbest fucking thing in the world. Not to mention it's extremely difficult to read unless you're an annoying 13 year old boy or 16 year old girl, and it often takes longer to type out words in leet than it does to regularly type them out.

You said the problem with the company is leadership, but that's just half speak, it's a general statement without any real information.
