Where The Crawdads Sing is best known as a novel by Delia Owens, usually a nonfiction writer. To quote the blurb on the back of the book, here is the summary. "For years, rumors of "The Marsh Girl" Have haunted Barkley Cove, a quiet town on the North Carolina coast. The book was published in 2018 by the company PUTNAM.
"Where The Crawdads Sing" is also a saying, at least in the universe that the characters live in and the meaning is more literal than you'd might think. However... I want to see someone else put the other meaning on here.
