The highest state of organization and readiness. Not too be confused with NOT having your shit wired tight, the opposite of having your shit wired tight.

An attractive or "cute" girl, most likely a 6 or 7 out of 10, who is just above the cutoff of no hookup potential and initially below relationship or multiple hookup potential. One who picks up other Managers' backups off of the waiver wire in fantasy sports leagues, thus essentially fucking the other manager. The term was made famous back in 2001 when Non Solo picked up Dominic Rhodes, backup to Edgerrin James of the Indianapolis Colts in an attempt to fuck James' owner, the fabled Vinny Marlins organization.
Non Solo is such a waiver wire whore, he never drafts a good team.
