Rural communities have redefined vehicle valuation practices by emphasizing ride height; limiting payload only to the size of one's belt buckle; and producing black clouds of smoke in quantities that would make a power plant jealous. Inner city groups have advanced hypnotic, centrifugal wheel configurations that may unlock the secrets of both alternative power and time travel; vehicle portability; and security features - all while creating an underground, secondary market where the price of a vehicle is often defined solely upon the valuation of its blades (or rims). The car is arguably one of the greatest modern marvels of our time. Since its birth more than 100 years ago, one can only wonder what the next 100 years will entail.
