saying “i love you” is a commonly missed treated sentence these days. we take the words for granted and throw them around with who ever we choose even though sometimes we know it’s not true. but what is being in love really like? how do we know when it is actually love? being in love is the greatest connection you can ever have with someone. when you are in love, you can not keep your mind of them, ever. they even appear in your dreams, and you see their face everywhere. the thought of existence without them is excruciating. when you are in love with someone, no one else appeals to you. they are all you want to be with forever.
girl one: “i love him”
girl two: “but are you in love with him?”
when you are attached to someone. when you can’t go a minute with talking to them. the person you talk to all the time, the person you think about non stop. the person you wait to facetime you at night because you are so obsessed with them, and their voice, and just everything that has to do with them. almost like an obsession.
when the sound of their voice alone makes your heart stop
when making eye contact with them makes you get butterflies
when they inspire you to be the best version of yourself
This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. 1 John 4:10
God loved the world in this way: He sent His only Son to be our atoning Sacrifice.
