business casual

The degree of formality when related to the workplace, most often with clothing.

formal > business formal > business casual > casual

Companies will require employees to wear business formal in corporate or financial environments, executive and management positions, or when interacting with high-caliber customers.

Business casual is more common in small cities and among mid- and entry-level employees. Some business formal companies have Business Casual Fridays.

When in doubt, it is better to overdress than to wear clothes too casual, so as not to be reprimanded by the suits.

"Dress for the job you want, not the job you have."

Business formal: Suits

Business casual: Sweater, collar without a necktie, polo, vendor swag, blouse, black/brown/navy/gray trousers, pressed khakis.

Casual: Dockers, denim jeans, shorts, t-shirts, linen.

hardcore casual

Someone who is considered 'hardcore casual', is someone who is hardcore into a limited number of works in a genre, category, or group.

They will obsess over one or two works, fail to acknowledge other media within the genre, and still act like they're superior.

Basically; they're posers.

(Girl has Death Note bag, Soul Eater purse, and One Piece lanyard.)
Her: "Oh man, I love Death Note, and One Piece, and Soul Eater."
Me: "Eh, they're alright. Have you seen Fullmetal Alchemist?"
Her: "Never heard of it."
Me, leaving: "Fucking hardcore casual."

Casual bitch

When a person just wants to ruin the mood with some mindless complaining over nothing particularly important.

Josh: Yo Todd man the Bears are starting to do real good this season!
Todd: Yeah man can't wait for the next game.
*Wild bitch appears
Cathy: Why don't women's sports get covered as much as men's?
Josh: C'mon Cathy don't act like a casual bitch right now.

casual gamer

1. Organisms that usually support only PlayStation or XBox consoles(never both). Only playing sports games and hyped games with no real deep sensible gameplay, they strive to get the hottest new games with nothing but graphics going for it.

2. Creatures who criticize certain games that "wouldn't appeal to them" without even playing them. (Mainly Nintendo games)

3. VH1 and MTV supporters.

4. "Gamers" that will eventually bring the downfall to the gaming industry if us true gamers don't do something about it.

I hope casual gamers aren't let into Heaven, for their ignorance and obliviousness will be the downfall of my afterlife as well!

Casual Friday

1) wearing casual clothing (jeans, t-shirt) on a Friday.

2) a practice common with high schoolers where you don't wear underwear under your pants on Friday. It's really funny and really is only funny to the people that do it. But none the less, it's not as weird as you'd think.

Person: "Emily, are you doing Casual Friday today... because I noticed you're not wearing a skirt like usual."
Me: *laughs hysterically* do you even NEED to ask?
