A Vote Bot is a program run to either significantly boost the rating of an internet item or to significantly decrease the rating.
xxxThePeachxxx was vote botted on youtube and it decreased a video rating by half a star (only half a star due to a lot of 5* votes from rule abiding users.)

Is a short line from the "an honest 2020 christmas song by malinda". It gives us a point of view where in the pentagon officialy releases UFO videos which is out of this world (pun not intended) and on the other hand trump states that votes aren't real.
