I was at the bar last night and there were four Playboy playmates chatting me up. I couldn't decide who to talk to. I guess you could call it a high-quality problem.

When something breaks or goes wrong during the use of a Nintendo Wii. The term originated when handstraps broke and people started breaking their stuff when a controller went flying...
Person B is playing a Wii.
*CRASH*
Person A: What was that?!
Person B: Uhh, Wii have a problem. See that window over there...?
Person A: Why is there a BIRD in here?

Problems that the working poor have but the wealthy class just don't understand.
Boss : My security system bill is due. We pay it once a year for convenience. I know, It's a first world problem.
Me : My gas service and water service has been cut off for a few months now. If I cant get my water service back on, I'll be evicted. I know, second world problem.

An explanation for not going to, or staying at, some place where you were expected to be. Mainly used in reference to work, but still effective for weddings, long family get togethers, baby showers, and the like.
"eye problems" began its life as a simple reply to a buddy when hungover and didn't go to work. Since its birth is morphed more into a reason for not going somewhere because you didn't want to, or simply because you wanted to go shopping, play video games, or do anything other than what you were supposed to be doing.
"I was having problems today so I didn't go to work. I couldn't see myself going."
"I noticed you left Bunco Night early. Eye problems again?", "hell yah, I couldn't see myself staying there another minute!"

The problem where-in a body part is smaller or much much smaller than that of normal humans.
e.g. The President attempted to go bowling, but couldn't grip the bowling ball due to Trump Problems.
e.g. The man attempted to bring the woman to climax, but was unable due to his Trump Problem.

More interesting than the Trolley problem because A. I'm a genius and B. You have an actual stake in the outcome
Hym "Here is 'The Bus Problem.' (and I think this is analogous to our current political climate) You and 5 other people are on a bus. The driver is headed towards a cliff. You are moving too fast to reasonably attempt to wrestle the wheel from the driver (as any resistance would likely result in you crashing the bus and killing everyone including yourself) You possess a gun and your attempts to reason with the driver have fallen on deaf ears. At what point are you (reasonably) justified in killing the driver to gain control of the bus? How close to the edge to you have to allow him to get before killing him is justifiable? And how much time to you try to spend reasoning with him after the threat of violence fails?"

A problem that happens to and is specific to tall girls.
Tall girl: My legs have so much surface area, it’s so hard to shave, ugh!
Short/Normal-sized person: Don’t tell me, that’s a tall girl problem.
