A bean can be used to describe someone in a loving, weirdly romantic way for nerds/freaks that read too much fanfic and have no friends.
It can also be used to describe someone that simply looks like a bean. This person is also usually asexual with a bean shaped head, and just the overall non-literal but hilarious appearance of a bean. It tends to be a nickname.
Bean can also be sexual meaning the clitorus. It depends on your dirty little mind.
There is also the more specific meaning like baked beans or green beans. But I'm sure you don't care about them when you're looking on urban dictionary do you darlin?

1. Maybe they actually meant the food. Beans? Actually a type of seed in case you were wondering.
2. Slang, mostly used on the west-coast of America, but also more sparsely throughout the US and Canada to refer to E or other similar party pills.
Initially it was with the intent of being covert while in mixed company, so they wouldn't realize you were talking about drugs, but more recently, As with most words in the 'drug-user-argot' it's become just a slang word, quite widely understood.
