To perform a successful Mack and Dash™ , complete the following steps:
1. Womanize the chick/ Pull dude(depending on which way you swing)
2.Mack Hard. (hookup with said chick/dude)
3.Dash (GTFO)

(verb) The act of trash talking while losing (usually by a male gamer towards a female gamer, and almost always includes repeating the same sexist/misogynistic comments in ones insults) during an online game over voice chat, then leaving as soon as they lose (usually also includes punching a wall and/or crying after leaving, or staying and asking for nudes and/or a 1v1 rematch; if a 1v1 rematch occurs, a trash and dash will typically occur once again).

Gamer Girl #1: Yeah, he was telling me to "go back to the kitchen where I 'belonged'" so I told him to go to war. He lost and I heard him start to cry when he left.

Gamer Girl #2: He totally did a trash and dash! What a loser.
