A) A person or situation in which the intentions are not thorough or are lacking detail, usually to the point where feelings of upmost discomfort and anxiety are the norm for all who surround the culprit. Sketch Master Mickey Mike is usually referenced when one wants to leave a situation permanently and never return again for fear of a mugging, raping, death, or combination of all three.
B) Someone who is shady or shifty, more so than most. Picture a trench coat.
C) The master of sketchy.
(Note that the culprit doesn't have to be named Mike.)

A person(s) that wierd you out and make you a little uncomfortable when they're around... not overly uncomfortable where you don't want to be there just enough to make me think of other places you could be.
Guy 1: "Hey are you going on that camping trip next weekend?"
Guy 2: "I don't know if I want to go man, it sounds fun but Tom and his new girlfriend are going to be there and they kind of sketch me out."

In an academic situation: When a friend points out a suggestion for your writing, but being the arrogant person you are, refuse to accept their suggestion, resulting in deducted marks. Afterwards, they will proceed to get mad for the suggestion they were oblivious to and continually vent about it.
Friend 1: Hey, how did you do on the English essay?
Sophia: I lost two marks for not using the word reserved instead of cautious!
Friend 1: But we told you to use that and you didn't listen!
Friend 2: Well, that's the Sophia Character Sketch Paradox in action!

When something is so sketchy it is super sketch, forcing you to bail immediantly or face serious injuries. The nar is derived from nar nar which mean something really serious which was added to implement the serverity.
