A dark star is a charecter in literature who puts on a happy go lucky personality, when they are really miserable. Its called this because the charecter is hard to see being miserable, Just as it is hard to see a black hole in the vast black blanket of space.
Dark star can also describe people who are give the appearance of being happy so they dont negatively impact people around them or to cover up negative emtions or habbits.

A well known yet mysterious group that bases there practises on the original definition. Initially formed as an Initial D Version 3 racing group, Dark Mercury has now since evolved into the secret dominant leaders over the high school the members attend. Since the forming, popular phrases have been adopted, some such “Embrace Nothing” “Simply Black” etc.
Guy 1: I dont believe a group like Dark Mercury exists..

Awesome N64 game, that was also ported to Game Boy (apparently you can swap game info between them...gameboy is lame anyway...)
