Any kind of weather that is good for marching band. Weather can be anywhere from perfect to almost a hurricane to the surface of the sun.

Name for periods of severe weather which cause panic shopping items like Milk and Bread.
Derives it's meaning from Milquetoast, a bland meal whose primary ingredients are Milk and Bread.
Tom: "Uh oh, did you see the forecast? Big snowstorm coming, looks like Milquetoast weather."
Jenny: "Crud. I'll go to the store, we need to stock up on bread and milk."
