A purported "gang" with chapters in several Puerto Rican middle schools, mostly composed of seventh and eighth graders. They are generally characterized by arrogance, self-righteousness and disrespect to others, even those above their own age. This defiance to the social order of the school is usually not appreciated by high school students, especially upperclassmen.
Other defining characteristics of the "T-Unit," as they like to call themselves, include verbal and physical abuse of sixth and seventh graders and freshmen, mouthing off to teachers and older students, and chauvinistic attitudes celebrating their masculinity, even though some members conform to the stereotype of a "nerd" or "geek" (i.e. glasses, short, out of shape, etc.)
Apparently based on popular hip-hop groups such as G-Unit and Murder Inc.
John: "You heard? The Terror Unit beat up a freshman yesterday."
Mario: "That's not right, man. We've got to find some way to get rid of those little idiots."

The human operator of a machine, a computer, or any device in general that is having "problems" or "errors" or "is malfunctioning" in the eyes of that operator. In this case, the problems, errors, and malfunction is actually a problem with the operator and not the machine, computer, or device.
Customer: What was the problem with my computer?
Tech: There is a problem with the carbon unit. It will eventually resolve itself after extended hours of use. At least that is the hope.

G-Unit is a East-coast hip hop group, from the American city of New York.The name of the group is short for "Guerrilla Unit" and sometimes also "Gangster Unit".
The current members of G-Unit are 50 Cent, Lloyd Banks, Tony Yayo and Young Buck, and also, rappers such as Young Hot Rod and Spider Loc have recently been signed onto the G-unit Records.
John:"Yo Chris, who are your favourite East-cost rappers at the moment?"
