A term that refers to the perpetual lobbying of Goldman Sachs, and the revolving door between Goldman Sachs and the political power they execute over the Worlds most powerful governments, by funding campaigns of key politicians, in order to secure tax breaks, deregulation and loopholes beneficial to their own profits.
A: - Unbelievable how many former top officials from Government Sachs this Trump guy was able to cram into his administration!
B: - No Trump is about to drain the swamp! He is making America great again, working for the forgotten men and women! Look Gary Cohn, former Goldman Sachs CEO was just kicked out because he is a globalist.
A: - Really! Well Gary Cohn just secured trillions of dollars in tax breaks for the richest Americans and multinational corporations. Now he is leaving to make a couple of hundred million dollars for himself, before he will be back, in a future administration, to rig the rules again. That is why you call these guys "Government Sachs".

An even bigger oxymoron than military intelligence.
I see no proof of "government efficiency." All I see are a bunch of do-nothing retards.

Not to be confused with "Fuck THE government", FUCK GOVERNMENT is a two-word phrase used by individuals fed up with the very idea of government and legitimized authority of all types and classifications, and not just one specific ruling body.
Tom: "Hey man, what's the word on the street?"
Greg: "Didn't you hear? The government banned marbles because kids kept swallowing them and suffocating."
Tom: "Man, but I LOVE marbles! FUCK GOVERNMENT!"
Greg: "But Tom, why not just move to a country whose government hasn't banned marbles?"
Tom: "Greg you ignorant slut... I despise any collective ruling body which has the authority to dictate the lives of its
people. That means any and every government. Therefore FUCK GOVERNMENT!
Greg: "Tom, your method of reasoning may be impractical, but I respect your ability to form an opinion
and stick by it."

Another way of saying that the government is tired of trying to fix the mess they've made for us, so they are going to go home and sleep until someone else fixes the problem.
We the Strong nation Of the United States of America have decided to have a Government-Shutdown, and in doing so we the government expect that this will make everything worse, but rest assured the senate and congress will be sitting cozy in our large mansions waiting for someone to fix this for us.

People may define the term in many different ways, but how it's actually used by everybody used boils down to one thing --
"Big government" is "government that does things I don't approve of".
And the opposite is of course "small government" -- "government that doesn't do things I don't approve of".
The Republicans say that the Democrats are the party of "big government", but the Republicans want to limit what we can do in the bedroom, they want a huge military, they're worried about which bathrooms we use ... who's the party of "big government" again?
or
The Democrats say that the Republicans are the party of "big government", but the Democrats want socialized healthcare, to keep God out of our schools, to open our borders, to have massive welfare programs ... who's the party of "big government" again?
