Beginning in 2016, the end of comedy in America. Actual events left humorists nowhere to go.
Jon Stewart walked away. Colbert started delivering his monologues with barely-suppressed tears. SNL could only replicate what was happening. Who laughed at Baldwin's Trump or Damon's Kavanaugh when they were pale imitations of the living absurdities. What was funny about George Floyd's murder, about tearing children from their mothers' arms, about millions dying of Covid? Who could find humor in The Big Lie or the storming of the Capitol, in voter suppression or the Texas abortion law? The Post-Truth Era begat the Post-Humor Era and America could only hope to wait it out.

The fake ice cream truck that trolls your neighborhood. You can tell its just a van that has spray painted the Good Humor logo on it. It looks ghetto as shit. Sometimes you wonder if the guy sells bud too.

Unfunny dark humor (UDH) is when a joke that's dark isn't funny. Examples are Ronnie McNutt jokes, jokes that don't make sense, or just straight up dark and nothing else.
Guy 1: Ronnie was mind blowing!

Men who aren’t funny and rely on shock value from offensive words or ideas to get a laugh out of people. When people get offended by what they have said, they respond with “ugh you’re such a snowflake it’s dark humor!1!1!1!1!!!”

A joke that has gone way too far as to appear totally not funny, but rather insulting instead. Very close to a sick sense of humor, except NO ONE laughs. Since the joke maker was only kidding, it's still considered humor ... just, retarded.
