Katee is a girl that will break your heart. She'll promise to always be there, but I swear she never stays for long. The actions must include something magic related, such as spontaneously setting up a maze of mirrors to lead a littering perpetrator to be trapped in a trash can with the piece of litter in his left breast pocket which now has the name of his long deceased, childhood pet written on it.
