Kids who THINK they have individuality, but they really don't. They try and fit in with others who think THEY have individuality, when really they're just a bunch of kids with no friends. They usually deny they are scene, and then twist the saying to apply to someone else in a negetive way. see emo for deffinition of dress and music

Scene is a word often used in todays world. It has nothing to do with anything negative.
you might be scene if:
-you are a guy and were girls jeans
- have a choppy haircut
- listen to many bands that not that many have heard of ( because all they watch is freakin mtv, where every song sounds like the other)
- you enjoy going to music venues, to either support your friends who most likely are in a band, or to hang out with your friends and have a great time.
I hate it when people say, your scene..since you like robots, dinosours.. ect. That is total b.s.
Most of the kids who leave freakin defitinions and say crap about scene kids are just jelous, since they actually have a social life, unlike them.. who sit at home at night writing absolute crap.
Scene kids are some of the coolest kids you'll ever meet.
and girls, don't tell me that you don't like the tight jeans on guys..just admit it, they look damn sexy in them.
Most poeple think that I am arrogant and stuck up, because i am "scene". Which is not true.
I love music, and my friends. I like hanging out with them a lot and going to the mall even if i have no money on me.
I also happen to like some music that you like. I dont just listen to all screamo and hardcore.

okay, yeh, scene kids, we say we aren't scene then we come across urban dictionary, find out we're classed as "scene" to you really mean people. we wear what we want, go to what shows we want, do what we want and kiss guys and girls, we're bi, get over it, yeh?
we wear black skinnies, chucks, black hair with one or more random colours in it, mine has blonde bits by accident but i love them.
We buy Hot Topic stuff because we like it. we listen to Panic! at the disco, if you haven't heard of them then shame on you!
we say random stuff like kiddos, nigga, cunt, hella, you knw you're jealous because you can't get away with saying them :
we all have a myspace because its how we meet other kiddos of our type.
you know you love us, you know you want to be like us.
oh yeh and to be scene you have to be seen around your town/city and people on myspace will be able to say they see you all the time but never say hi!

Scene kids are a cheaper version of 'emo'.
They compete over who has the tightest jeans.
Both sexes wear neon coloured eyeshadows and big eyeliner.
Scene girls love polka dots, stripes, and checks.
They wear plastic headbands and bows in their hair.
Scene Hair is cut in short, like a mullet, short at the back and long at the front, choppy style with bangs straight across their eyes, or sometimes they just have a side parting with a fringe covering one eye.

They dye their hair obscene colours.
Hair is mostly black. Dark brown is accepted. And platinum blonde.
Random parts of hair are bleached red, pink, blonde, etc.
They wear loads of fake pearls and beads.
Scene guys wear tight ass band t-shirts, mostly of bands no one has heard of, because it makes them look 'original' and 'more scene' then their friends.
Their jeans, named 'skinny jeans', 'tights', 'girl pants', or 'drainpipes', are tighter then the scene girls.
They claim to be 'bisexual', when most of them are lying, because scene girls think it's 'hawt' that they make out with guys.
Stripey fingerless gloves are also in.
They wear bandanas around their neck, in a back pocket, in hair, or covering their lower face.
Every scene kid MUST own a pair of Converse or Vans slip ons because they're 'oldschool'.
Scene kids listen to techno remixes and theme tunes like Pokemon and Powerangers.
Scenekids must have a myspace. They have backgrounds of robots, pirates, dinosaurs, stars, and hearts, because it makes them 'cool'.
They take 1,000 + pictures of themselves. They photoshop their pictures to make them black and white and then they add a caption, and lyrics.
They love internet hearts, '<3'.
They use words/sayings such as: OMFG, rad, sweet, smex, teh sex, dollface, luff, heart.
Made up words are good: 'hella tight', 'prittyhead', 'bootyfull', 'mazing'.
They say: 'OMFGz I'm Lyk Soooo Ugli'. Then they post a bulletin on myspace telling everyone to 'comment their new pictures kthanxbye'. Pictures are of themselves (of course) taken from above, at an angle, or in some form of mirror.
They're often making the 'peace' sign in their pictures, sometimes the 'rock sign', sometimes mouth open in a 'rawr' guesture, mouth twisted to the side, eyes looking to the side as if shocked, hand covering mouth, sometimes they're swearing, because it makes them hardXcore.
They also write 'signs' and take pictures of themselves holding the signs, which will say things like:
'Joey is teh sex! ILYx<3'
They add bands they've never heard of on myspace 'LYK OMFGZZZZZZ YOU GUYS RAWK MY SOCKS I LYK LUFF YOU KTHANXBYE'.
They love to talk 'gangstur'.
'Waddup nigger, omfg, yoo gehy'. After saying this, they claim not to be racist or a homophobe.
Most scene kids claim to be in a band. Some of them are the lead singers/screamers of their band. Bands have ridiculous names such as: 'My Everydying Razorblade Lust'. You get the picture. Long, stupid, pointless names.
Scene kids get offended when they're called 'emo' or 'goth' and they claim: 'Don't label me, I'm not emo or scene k? I'm just me'.
Whatever, you bunch of cuntfucks.
I get labelled as emo and scene all the time, and it pisses me off.

The latest American trend, and the greates concentration of teens in denial you could ever imagine. The latest in Emo/Hardcore/Indie/Metalcore (All of that shit, you know, it's all the same) which requires the people in it's "scene" to wear tight clothing, key clips on their pants, and band shirts. Multitudes of others along the same lines wear scarves, eyeliner, girl pants (for boys), black nail polish, zip hoodies/track jackets, and vintage clothing.
A scene person will deny being scene. They will become hostile and sometimes physical. They will tell you that you don't know what a scene is, and you don't know them, or they will play naive and just continually deny being scene. These people usually like the latest bands in the Emo world.
That guy in girl pants is really scene.

but most get there look from real scenesters on myspace, and copy everything about them.
