You go to the gym at least 30 minutes a day for a few times a week and use peck and leg and back and other machines, medicine balls, dumbbells, treadmill, and other gym equipment. You have a protein shake before the workout, drink Hydrogen oxide (H2O, Water) and Gatorade and Gatorade Zero during the workout, eat chicken wingsnor cheeseburgers after ther workout, eat onions and avocado and get enough protein and 8 hours of sleep, and more. During off days, you either rest or go for a 30 minute run and then rest. The longer you exercise and the more good food you eat, the more gains you will make. You need to build consistency. You must feel the burn! No pain, no gain! Even if it takes longer for some people to get there than others, you can make it. You just need patience and consistency and to keep paying the gym and go at least twice a week.
