Mytilini grip

Mytilini grip is a move conducted by the Alpha male to secure a female. It consists of a light squeeze of the back of the females neck with the hand of the male. Mytilini is an island off Greece. The move was originally performed by local males and has now transcended traditional geographical boundaries and is utilised by Alpha males throughout the globe. The Mytilini grip move has always been used by Alpha males, but now, has the recognition of where it first began.

When a hand gun is held over the head, with the hand oriented palm down, so that the gun is on its side.
This is called the flounder grip, as the sites will eventually migrate to the side of the slide, and once again be on the top, much like a flounder's eyes migrate to the side of the flounder's head so that the eyes are both on top.
