the accent that people in the philly area have. its mostly just certain words that are pronounced differently. and it happens to be one of the most studied accents in the country.

A much more pleasant way of referring to a fat persons stomach
Some of us can use a little help in putting on socks. Perhaps avoirdupois in the stomach area makes it difficult for you to put on socks.
