An Afrikaans slang term. Used to say "in sy moer", which is difficult to translate but means something along the lines of "broken beyond repair".

person 1: "Daai ding is ISM"
(that thing is ISM)

person 2: "Ja nee ou, ons gaan die nie reggemaak kry nie"
(Yeah no dude, we're not going to be able to fix that thing)

A religion centered around worshiping the fictional character Obi-Wan Kenobi from Star Wars. Practitioners of this religion can mainly be found on r/prequelmemes

kenobi-ism

A statement which is true ... from a certain point of view.

The defining Kenobi-ism: “A young Jedi named Darth Vader, who was a pupil of mine until he turned to evil, helped the Empire hunt down and destroy the Jedi Knights. He betrayed and murdered your father.”

Hank-isms

Mannerisms pertaining to Hank. Says things like "Word to your momma." and "It's too PG in here... it's time to get PG-13.". To not know what "crop dusting" is.

Example 1
Bill: "Hank... did you just crop dust me?"

Hank: "I've never been to a farm before."

Example 2
Hank: "...and I quote, "BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH (goes on forever and ends with).... or something like that."

Bill: "... dude... wtf are you even talking about? Quit displaying your Hank-isms."

Simon-ism

1. Something that is unintentionally kitschy, tacky, or of poor quality, but these flaws go unnoticed by the admirers of said thing.

2. Something that was popular at some point in the past, but that now seems lame in retrospect.
