The "Carter Run" is a run that requires a group of people to run in a line. At the front of the line is someone named "Carter" leads the run. Whatever he does everyone behind him copies him.
Ex: A hater was strolling around and Carter was doing the "Carter Run" so he dabbed on the him/her. Everyone else copied him and dabbed on the hater and he/she was left on the ground crying out loud for Jake Paul or Idubbbz to save him/her.
When you go to a Wendy's restaurant, eat in your car, and throw the remaining garbage out your car window at a trash can outside a CVS, while yelling "FUCK!!!" as loud as you can. Typically performed late at night, but mad props to those who execute them in broad daylight.
