When an accomplished individual becomes the target of a social media firestorm and general wave of hate. Generally caused by the individual doing/saying things that are generally frowned upon or disliked by a very vocal community. Usually results in two sided verbal conflict between opposing viewpoints.
Guy #1: "Hey, did you hear what happened to Elon Musk?"
Guy #2: "No. Did Space X do something cool?"
Guy #1: "He got hit with The Donald Trump Effect."

The Kuntry Boi Effect is a strategy that guys use to trick girls into thinking they are attractive by wearing jeans, boots, and a hat.
I found myself checking out what I thiught was a cute guy, only to find out that he was using The Kuntry Boi Effect.
This effect occurs when graying men decide to grow their hair to shoulder length and on occasion grow out their beard. Commonly these men have a love for Hawaiian shirts and making comedies with Eddie Murphy.
The Nick Nolte effect really took its toll on our bus driver.
When you watch a movie at home and the TV is set to Tru-Motion or 240hz, so every person looks like they are cookie cut in front of a green screen.

A situation in which two individuals, who were once in a relationship but are no longer together, continue to have sex with each other on a regular basis and still act as if they are in a relationship. Alcohol and or drugs enhances this effect to unknown levels.
Observer 1: What's up with Jim and Amanda? I thought they broke up?
Observer 2: They did, but they're caught in the J&J Effect.
Observer 1: Oh, I see. It's a sad sight to see.

To become extremely unfunny on a TV Show or making a complete joke of yourself by stealing other people's memes and reposting them on Twitter. The meaning comes from Elon Musk, who showed up on SNL one time while wearing a Wario costume and then steals memes and reposts them on Twitter.
Dave: Hey Joe, did you see that Lawrence stole and reposted someone's meme on Twitter?
Joe: Yeah, I did. Looks like The Elon Musk Effect has taken effect.
