Hi-stop

When selective people stop by your home or place of business to say "Hi" with the ulterior motives of getting high or in an altered state of mind.

Hi-stop example :Crazy ass Michelle came by to say "Hi". She appeared to be on another planet when she left from smoking so much.

hi-stop

Any home or business location where an individual plans to get high while exclaiming they just stopped in to say "Hi".

1. All the locals dopers think that my house is a hi-stop.
2. Little Suzy decided to visit the local hi-stop to roll the smokey white devil, she left thinking she was floating in paradise and she was actually getting down on deez nuts.

A Penguin That Prefers His Fish Cooked Waddles On A Slippery Slope

The translation of a Swedish proverb to mean not to dwell on things that cannot be

Jack: So I've been putting a lot of thought into it and I think Jessica and I would make a great couple!

George: Come on Jack, remember what dad always told us: "A Penguin That Prefers His Fish Cooked Waddles On A Slippery Slope." You know you have no chance with Jessica, stop obsessing over it.

In his BlackBerry

Variation on "in his cups" (i.e. inebriated): someone so concentrated/"zoned" on whatever message(s) coming forth from his/her BlackBerry/iPhone/Android device that literally everything else surrounding them (non-virtually-speaking) is reduced to literal background noise. Commonly encountered on the street, on public transport, or even in a bar.

Bill: Hey, Roger...Roger? Earth to Roger?

Roger: Um...yeah?

George: Never mind Rog, he's in his BlackBerry again.
