Like a cowboy in the Wild West, an auditor does what he has to do to survive. He shoots from the hip, and documents his way around problem areas to reduce work load and conflict with clients.
Manager - “How did you manage to reconcile tax payable to within 28 cents when you’re clearly missing specific expenses/tax allowances?”
Audit Clerk “I did what I had to do, I’m an audit cowboy and it’s tough out here in the Wild West”

Jess: Pretty great, i had Ihop for breakfast, found a 100 dollar bill on the ground, and Aced the big anatomy test!

The act of KA-RA-TE chopping a guy in the nutsack between the balls while standing causing the nuts to look like the legs and chaps of a cowboy and causing the dick to flop looking like a sad cowboy.

A wannabe cowboy. He wears boots and wranglers, but doesn't know a thing about country life. A city boy who dresses like a cowboy. He likes the cowboy style but doesn't realize it's a lifestyle and the way you were raised and not the way you dress. It's more about falling off the horse and getting right back on it or waking up before dawn to milk the cows than how your jeans fit your ass. He buys his wranglers from Wal-Mart and probably never rode a horse in his life.
Look, he's got a cowboy hat, and wranglers, but I don't see a rodeo belt buckle or dirt on those boots, and he didn't open the door for that lady. He must be a walmart cowboy.

Dave Cowboy is synonymous with the 'One Love Sheriff'. Dave Cowboy rides around the free party on a gust of hot air, proclaiming and spreading love and peace to all revellers. Should any negative vibes frequent the venue, then the One Love Sheriff fluffs them up, whether they like it or not, until they glow pink and lovely in the sunrise at dawn.

Basically, another way of saying "Shut up and take it like a man" or "Quit your whining." The term is derived from the popular image of cowboys being tough, unflinching, uncomplaining, and hard-working.

Simalar to a drugstore cowboy but more hard core. They can be seen driving around Oakdale, Ca. with empty horse trailers at all hours of the day. Usually tries too hard to look like they are from the country.
That Oakdale Cowboy took his horse trailer grocery shopping! That Oakdale cowboy is talkin' shit...I bet he only has 5 acres and a horse.
