A sex act when you shoot your load in your partner's eye causing them to squint in that eye. It invokes the image of Colonel Klink, a German officer (Jerry) from TV's Hogan's Heroes, who squinted in one eye from wearing a monocle. Also named after it's namesake Jerry A. who had a pre-occupation with Colonel Klink and monocles in general.
He gave that poor girl a Dirty Jerry and now she might never see in that eye again.

Jerry is a really nice guy to have around he smart and talented but only at one thing. he is emotionally weak so treat him nicely. He amazing and get what he wants all the times
