Single sideism

When you spent so much time allowing yourself to indulge your randomsearchophilia that you start to only believe the first articles you see on any topic. This can lead to misinformation and for pop culture myths to spread at a rapid-fire rate.

Friend 1: "I heard that Lady Gaga is a Satanist."

Friend 2: "Where did you hear that, because it's not true."

Friend 1: "It's gotta be. I read it when I was Googling."

Friend 2: "Dude, you're suffering from some serious single sideism."

The Single Army

When any number of singles work together to achieve a common goal; most often, helping fellow single members hook up with the opposite sex.

PT received a promotion in the Single Army after an expert display of wingmanship the other night.

Brutally Single

Brutally Single is when you are so single people are gonna think you stopped dating and boys/girls will stop being attracted to you. (Might wanna date someone fast!)

Single shaming

Spreading destructive gossip and slander about people, especially guys, that are single. Alienating and isolating guys that are single that either have chosen to remain single or simply can't get any dates due to a toxic social atmosphere and/or lack of quality women. Getting single guys in trouble for mingling.

The single guy was excluded from the group because he was single. He was a victim of single shaming. The single man's ban from the club was a form of single shaming.

single 15

Single 15 - a) losing 15 pounds after a break up - because "you've lost your appetite" and/or you want to be hot. b) you gain 15 pounds after breaking up - because you're "so upset," drinking like cray, eating ice cream, and/or are on tinder.

-"Omg, we just broke up, how have I already gained the single 15!?"

-"Ugh, the only good thing about leaving him was the single 15!"

Single Ronnie

A person whose relationship status is complicated, typically due to relationship arguments. This term is typically for males

Pretty single

I got bitches on the side.

"I'm pretty single." said the man with a girlfriend.
