A street gang is a small or very large loosely organized group of criminals.they often “claim turfs” or neighborhoods which they use to put up sell drugs,guns,other illegal things etc. Street gangs will often name their gang after its street or neighborhood ex: Eastside Fruities,Almighty forest pines fags. The modern gangs we see nowadays started in Los Angeles California with the crips in late 1960s-70s (Chicago gangs also helped create gangs that we see today). Gangs will often engage in conflict (also called gang wars) in which they fight each other with weapons from switchblades to shotguns and assault rifles. Notable gangs:

Street running east-west through Washington DC's northwest quadrant. K Street is a phrase referring to lobbying groups, many of which are headquartered in the area, home also to Chinatown and MCI Center.
You can easily see the influence of K Street in this bill.

Harassment that occurs in a public space, often sexual in nature. Street harassment can range from catcalling to honking, holla'ing, wolf-whistling, groping, creepy ogling, following, lewd commentary, flashing, and sexual assault.
Street harassment doesn't stop when the sun comes up. Even during broad daylight, Sally had men hollering at her as she would run through the park – “Hey, big booty,” “Smile at me, baby,” or “Oh, hey baby.”

The only place you can drink ANYWHERE / ANYTIME, buy a prestigious piece of art, get ran over by 100 cycling nudists, consume food that's literally unrivaled, buy a 8 oz drink for $11 bucks, then go upstairs to their balcony bar & get the same shit 3 for 1, observe a homeless man pull out "trashed drinks" with any leftovers to combine them into a 64oz germifobe's worst nightmare 'medley' so he can get trashed too, get hustled by 800 shooter girls at 8 bars, party with cops who have only horses and vespas to chase you with, get a lap dance from a 10 at Larry Flynn's, get a lapdance from a 2 everywhere else, AND then passout in a Historic Hotel ---- all in the same block!
The homeless guy got drunk on Bourbon Street by removing 18 drinks from a garbage can and combining them into a 64 oz Bum Runner cocktail.

People that help bands, by giving out flyers, handing out CDs/freebies and sticking up posters.
They do this because they like the band so much or they can get benefits such as free merchandise.
