Bite The Bullet

A term used when you really don't want to do something, but you do it anyways because it's necessary.

I'd rather not finish all my homework today because it's not due soon, but I'll have to bite the bullet or my parents will get angry.

bullet festival

A massive, epic firefight.

Example 1:

Teacher: When the Soviets invaded Berlin, the entire city became a massive bullet festival.

Example 2:

Matt: I suck at Call of Duty. The matches are just freaking bullet festivals where I keep getting killed.

booger bullet

When a dried piece of snot you've been saving gets blown out of your nose and into a tissue accompanied by the sound of a terrific gunshot.

Man I couldn't unblock my nose for ages, but the last time I blew my nose I shot out a massive booger bullet.

Ghetto Bullets

(noun)

Ghetto Bullets is a term used to describe ammunition that can be made from items in the home. Basically, you take a frying pan, place coins (quarters, dimes, nickles, pennies) in it and pour on some good ol' honey. Once the honey gets to a boiling point, you take the frying pan and fling or zing the contents of it at your target. They will stick and they will burn like a mofo!

I was at my sister's place, we got into a heated argument. I was resting, and next thing I knew, she flung some ghetto bullets at me. I ran out screaming like a fool!!

With A Bullet

Used to describe something that pains you to say or do.

It kills you to have to admit it. Hence, with a bullet.

"Number five: Jackie Alden. Jackie Alden's breakup had no effect on my life whatsoever; it was a casual thing and I was glad when it ended. I just slotted her in to bump Laura out of position. But now... Congratulations, Laura. You made it to the top five. Number five, with a bullet, welcome."

bullet list

A more aggressive version of a to-do list. While a to-do list may have items that can be neglected and done later, a bullet list has distinct items that can be fired and completed one after another. Proactive and productive people use bullet lists, while the common man sticks to a to-do list.

Bullet List:
1. Search for recent articles from the last 3 years referencing algal biotechnology.
