Coal bait is when an individual makes a coal post on the internet, especially on twitter, that is meant to bait other users into interacting with the post and increasing their profile's exposure.
"This libtard on my for you page is always posting dumb arguments and it's triggering me into quote tweeting and debating them."
"Dude, you should know better than to interact with coal bait."
It means you need and energy booster or some sort (Gatorade, pills, etc) power you have sex or you'll be to tired, or "weakened" easily.
