When you only wanna be with that person. When you feel incomplete. It can be bad in a few ways though: When you love a certain person and you dont know if they love you back... its a terrible feeling that tears you up inside until you cant take it anymore... but when you tell that person you love them, and they say they love you back, its the absolute best feeling in the world. Believe me, there is no better feeling then seeing for the first time that the person you love loves you back. But the 2nd bad thing is that if they leave you for another person or for other reasons, its the worst, if you really love the person it will be the worst thing ever. You will feel heart broken, and torn apart, you will feel incomplete and terrible, you do not want to go through this, you will eventually recover, but it takes a long time too... not to be confused wish lust

1. God’s gift, and Satan’s scourge.
2. The final result of the natural chemical blending of unrelated feelings that one holds toward another, which, once synthesized, create an emotion that is independent of the confines of time or the elements of this existence. Though the vitality of that said emotion inevitably weakens and falters, never does it truly filter.
3. A flawed definition for an emotion which modern society has perverted through practicality. Practicality is reserved for a practical world. And in a practical world, things like love would not exist. No, “love” is rather a definition for the dictionary of one’s heart, not Webster’s.
4. A contradiction, a conundrum cloaked in ambiguity.
5. A pleasant thought in a world filled with terrible ideals.
6. A quagmire of depression from which none can immerge unscathed.
7. A force of nature which, like any other natural phenomenon, cannot be civilized, contained or contended. A force which cannot be controlled, avoided, destroyed or escaped and often results in extreme destruction.
8. A terminal illness; much like cancer in its nature. It starts at the heart, spreads to the soul, before inevitably polluting the mind. To date, the medical community remains baffled as to discovering an effective treatment for this potentially fatal malady, much less a cure. Demographically speaking, the young and the foolish are counted among the most susceptible to contract this disease; and the destitute romantics are considered to be exceptionably vulnerable.
9. A vast unknown frontier of thoughts and feelings which only the most fortunate ever have the opportunity to explore.
10. A resilient, false hope eating parasite, which adopts the human heart as its host.

A conscious, willful decision to act disinterestedly for the benefit of someone wholly other than oneself. In certain theological worldviews, especially Christianity, love takes the form of self-sacrifice and self-giving, even for those to whom one is not chemically, emotionally, nor genetically predisposed to care for(the non-family member, those to whom no sexual attraction is felt, the ugly, the outcast, the societal reject, the unloveable, even the undeserving of love). In Christian theology love occupies such a prominent place that Love is not simply conceived of as a powerful yet impersonal force, but a Person (or, rather, Relationship of Persons), as Christians assert that God Himself not only loves, but IS Love. This is powerfully expressed in the passage from Paul's first letter to the Corinthians, which attributes personal characteristics to Love (defined as "charity"), and in the Nicene doctrine of the Holy Trinity, envisioning the Holy Spirit as the Person that 'proceedeth' out of the love relationship between the Father and the Son.
Not to be confused with being "in love", which is purely a temporary neuro-chemical state triggered by the close physical proximity or thoughts of a particular person of the opposite, or same, sex, often linked, directly or indirectly, to the biological imperative to copulate. Such a state can be so powerful to the person experiencing it that it may lead one to actually believe that being "in love" is indeed magical or spiritually transcendent, when such a phenomenon requires no metaphysical explanations.
