A military slang term that describes when two personnel are posted at a lookout or guard situation. One unit stays alert and awake watching for movement/activity (one up) while the other takes a nap or rests (one down). They alternate so as to be able to extend their alertness for a longer time. It is an unwritten rule that you must wake the resting person if you start to become tired yourself as the "One Up".
"We had 12 hours stuck on that LP/OP behind enemy lines so Smith and I decided to go One Up, One Down. I took Up first."

An expression used by a group of friends that is "supposed" to be a limit on the amount of time that the group will spend at a strip club.
The overall premise is that the group will either drink 1 round of beers, partake in 1 lap dance per individual, or spend 1 hour overall before the group is "supposed" to go home. Whichever event occurs first is what is "supposed" to force the group to go home.
After 2 hours of drinking at the bar...
Reynold: "I'm feeling pretty good. Let's go to a strip club."
John: "I don't know. I'm exhausted and I have to go to work early in the morning."
Reynold: "We'll only do 'One beer, one dance, one hour.' and then go home."
John: "Alright. If we do that, then let's go."

A nick name used by most residents of Lake County, Indiana and the East-side of Chicago for 119th street in Whiting, IN. Once a major cruising destination, its now fallen on hard times. No longer do truckloads of teenagers sit in their vechiles all night long.

A scary ass individual who has no regard for breaking the rules or crossing the line. Aka “junior the egomaniac” this kid is perhaps the most deadly and formidable anti villain seen in recent years. never has this world seen a kid with a stronger appetite for chaos and destruction. Junior knows full well that the world is nothing without influence which is why he’s fine with making moves from the shadows as he’s got numerous followers.
