Closed book

Someone who doesn't say much about themselves, no one really knows anything about their past, hobbies, or likes/dislikes.
A closed book is sometimes mistakenly defined as someone with "trust issues".

Person 1: How much do you know about her?
Person 2: Not much. She's a closed book, so she doesn't share much about her.

Hooker-book

The running style of a prostitute after she robbed her john and is fleeing the scene. The hooker is usually wearing high heels, a tight skirt and clutching her purse thus almost walk-running with her elbows close to her body so she doesn't fall over.

I saw Crystal hooker-book down Pacific Avenue after a john chased her ass for stealing his wallet.

story book

A beginning, a middle, and an end...

A shot of black label, followed by tequila, chased with full-bodied beer (like an IPA)...

Start your night off right with the story book.

At 8:12pm on a Tuesday night, Tom called for a story book and the troops assembled in the kitchen. It's difficult to say if they were better off then when they started.

book death

The odour that assaults your nose every time you open a old used school book or an old book in the library.

A mixture of (but not limited to) mold, condensation, urine, deteriorating paper and dying childhood dreams.

"My 'Macbeth' book smells funky"
"Awe man, that's the stench of book death"
