When selective people stop by your home or place of business to say "Hi" with the ulterior motives of getting high or in an altered state of mind.
Hi-stop example :Crazy ass Michelle came by to say "Hi". She appeared to be on another planet when she left from smoking so much.
Any home or business location where an individual plans to get high while exclaiming they just stopped in to say "Hi".

2. Little Suzy decided to visit the local hi-stop to roll the smokey white devil, she left thinking she was floating in paradise and she was actually getting down on deez nuts.
High on methamphetamines…similar to gacked up on whoop chicken but usually refers to hopped up males of the homosexual persuasion..
