Aye-curumba

When someone says this word, it's a sign of seeing too much of The Simpsons.

Or it can mean 'Woah!'.

Fritz: "Aye-curumba!"
Jan: "You like The Simpsons, don't you?"
Fritz: "How the dang shit did you know?!"

Jan: *Sees her trainer stuck to a firework* "Aye-curumba! How'd me trainer get there?!"

ay wey

Mexican for oy vey

Upon hearing that all Northern Mexicans whose family name ends in a Z are descended from Jews who fled the Inquisition, and that is why they eat unleavened flour tortillas and why abuela sweeps from the corners of the room to the center every Friday, Jesus exclaimed "ay wey!"

Ay Miguel

An expression used to denote when one experiences great pain, such as having their hand bitten by a horse. Taken from the infamous "Ay Miguel" video circulating YouTube.

Person 1: How're you doing?
Person 2: Not great, considering I just got the "Ay Miguel" treatment from my pet horse.

¡Ay mantequilla!

Spanish for “Oh butter!” this is something that you can scream in a Spanish vc and confuse the shit out of everyone because they will be wondering if you are saying “Oh butter!” or “There is the butter!” or “Is there butter!” due to Ay sounding similar to Hay, which depending on how you sound can mean either of those 3 things.

Todd: ¡Ay mantequilla! (Oh butter!)
Victim 1: ¡Cálmate amigo! (Calm down my friend!)
Victim 2: ¿Hizo dijiste “Hay mantequilla”? (Did you say “is there butter”?)
Todd: ¡Ay mantequilla! ¡Ay mantequilla! (Oh butter! Oh butter!)
Victim 1 and 2: *Wheeze*
Todd: ¡Ay mantequilla! ¡Ay mantequilla! (Oh butter! Oh butter!)
Victim 1: ¡Deja de preguntar eso! (Stop asking that!)
*Todd left the chat*
