They have won 3 national titles, 8 SEC titles, 2 heisman winners, and have had the best home winning percentage in that period. The Gators are the most hated team by most of its competitors because they win most of the time against them and because they run the score up most of the time.

The outstanding university that consists of student athletes excelling on and off the football field. While Florida State has historically been a slightly stronger team, Florida does not tolerate the "thugs" that FSU consistently produces year in and year out.
