A Troll is a person who post off topic remarks to get a rise from forum members. Facebook run an application called The Blood Games, within these are the forums. One of the biggest trolls of these forums is PumpkinEater. There are a number of trolls within this forum who have jumped onto the band wagon, thereby making the forum pointless to use.

1-People who spend all their time on the internet insulting others.
2-Freakish monster usually found in forests, caves, or sometimes under bridges.

Being a douche on the internet because you can. Typically unleashing one or more cynical or sarcastic remarks on an innocent by-stander, because it's the internet and, hey, you can. The art of deliberately, cleverly, and secretly pissing people off, usually via the internet, using dialogue. Trolling does not mean just making rude remarks: Shouting swear words at someone doesn't count as trolling; it's just flaming, and isn't funny.
Wow you're trolling again, doesn't surprise me.

A message-board'r who tries best at provoking another user or users of the shared message-board terminal into flaming him\her{the troll} or a third user, frequently so as to cause the potential flamer to get marked. Common occurence on certain GameFAQs(GF) boards.
user1: <sarcasm> Oh, how ever could I have been SO incompitent in regarding this field of knowledge to which you reign the supremest of all?? </sarcasm>
user2: Stfu you little troll .. Return whence the bridge in-which you reside!!!
*Less than two hours later, both messages are deleted by a message-board moderator, and both users receive a violation notice, accomponied by a slight deduction of Karma per each(both the troll and the flamer).*

"Fishing" for Males/Females in a chatroom for the purpose of "hooking up" to engage in Cyber sex usually.

A troll is a 15 (or so) year old boy posing as a girl on internet websites in order to get some adult entertainment. (i.e. Omegle)
You: Hey I want to role play? Are you a male, female, or troll?
Stranger: I'm a troll.
