Life, in a metaphorical sense. When talking about the "truck of life", you are explaining the big scheme of things, like life.
We are all standing in the middle of the road, and the truck of life is coming toward us. Some choose to run away, others simply get run over by it. I, however, will jump onto and ride the truck of life, and go wherever life takes me.

A word originally describing a vehicle that puts out fires. However, in recent times it has come to be used as a replacement for the word "fuck", as removing the "-ire tr-" from "fire truck" will give you fuck.
