A sarcastic way of saying "U.S.A." (United States of America) as the U.S. government is heavily influenced by AIPAC (The American Israel Public Affairs Committee), so using this term is a jab at how the U.S. government always does whatever AIPAC tells it to do

It will take time for the Re-United States of America to become the United States of America because of all the damage Trump did to the United States of America, making it the Divided States of America where America is divided into many categories. The Re-United States of America is expected to be a progressive administration. The United States of America has been saved and the battle for the soul of the nation has been fought but it's not over yet.
Some categories are Red, Blue, and Purple States, Americas by race (Asian America, Indigenous America, Black America, etc.), and America by political ideologies (ie. Progressive, Libertarian, Republican, Democratic, etc.). There are more categories in the DSA as well.
